Business Communications by Design (BCBD) renamed Cameo Solutions, adds executive management, launches new company website
Cincinnati, OH– May 20th, 2010 – Business Communications by Design (BCBD), a systems integrator in the IP Communications and Contact Center market has formally changed the company name to Cameo Solutions. The new name, logo and website (www.cameosolutions.com) coincide with recent industry certification achievements as well as the addition of two senior executives to the corporate team.
In April 2010, Cameo achieved the Unified Contact Center Enterprise and Customer Voice Portal (CVP) Authorized Technology Provider (ATP) status from Cisco Systems. This designation recognizes Cameo as having fulfilled the training requirements and program prerequisites to sell, deploy and support Cisco Unified Contact Center solutions targeted to the high-end enterprise contact center marketplace.
Cameo Solutions is also proud to announce the addition of Greg Paulson, Executive VP & General Manager as well as Tim Brannock, VP Sales & Business Development to the executive team, joining Mark Handermann as the key officers of the growing company. Greg has extensive background in IT technologies, management and start ups and is a co-founder of Cameo Solutions along with Mark Handermann. Tim joins Cameo after 10 years as a successful sales leader at Cisco Systems and has extensive industry knowledge in IP Communications and networking technologies.
