   (Cisco ATP Enterprise & CVP Certified Partner)
• Cameo developed Contact Center products including the Xpress Dialer and Status Monitor Wallboard applications.
• Customized scripting, reports and CRM integrations
• Hosted and Managed IP communication services

Company History

Cameo was original founded in 2007 as Business Communications by Design (BCBD) based on the values of offering a personal approach as we evaluate your business requirements and processes. The company founders, Mark Handermann and Greg Paulson, have built a business model focused on providing the next generation IP Communications solution which brings value and competitive advantages to our customers.

Over the past few years, Cameo has grown the professional services organization to become a nationally known go-to partner for Cisco based Contact Centers. Our team of engineers work with some of the largest clients to ensure their contact center is implemented and optimized to meet their demanding customer service requirements.
