Xpress Dialer
The Xpress Dialer is an IP based predictive outbound dialer developed specifically to complement Cisco Systems’ Contact Center Express solution. Tightly integrated and easy to use, the Xpress Dialer uses features like Campaign Manager and Smart Dial to leverage your investment in Cisco’s UCM and IP voice gateways.
The Xpress Dialer allows customers to reduce cost while increasing agent productivity. Configured for predictive or power dialing with or without IVR confirmation, the Xpress Dialer can manage multiple campaigns and multiple types of campaigns – each with their own Caller ID. In addition, the Xpress Dialer is a true blended queue platform that integrates with your database application via scripted screen pops – greatly enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing important agent metrics like revenue generation or first call resolution.

Pricing and Support Services
Xpress Dialer is sold as a software based appliance; customized pricing is based on port and dialer type (predictive, power dialer, etc). Annual maintenance is sold separately and required as part of the 1st year deployment. In addition, as part of the complete solution, Cameo’s expert engineering team will work closely with each customer or their partner to provide implementation services and end-user training.
